Once you've imported a template, head to the dashboard and use the editor to add new questions under any category. You can also create entirely new categories if the template doesn't cover your needs.

You can create multiple FAQ projects in thefaqapp — one per template if you like. Each project gets its own API endpoint, widget embed code, and public portal URL.
